Daniel 6:10

Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.

Daniel's Secret is that he bent his knees 3 times a day, prayed and gave thanks before God; and not only Daniel practiced this secret, all the prophets also practiced it; Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane the last night before dying on the cross bent his knees 3 times and prayed.

The apostles also prayed 3 times a day, which is why the book of Acts recorded: At 9:00 a.m. when the outpouring of the Holy Spirit took place, at 12:00 p.m. when Peter went up to the roof to pray, and at 15:00 hours when Pedro and Juan went to the temple at the time of prayer.

It is very interesting because those were the 3 times that every believer prayed at that time and to this day there is a sector of Judaism that prays 3 times a day.
